Overview
Bendai Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”, “Obiy”) respects intellectual and industrial property rights and expects the same respect from the users of the Platform. This policy explains the application process for rights holders who believe that their copyright or other intellectual property rights have been infringed, and Bendai's “notice-and-takedown” practice regarding such applications.
Bendai is solely the platform operator that provides the technical infrastructure; the relevant users are responsible for content created or uploaded by users. Bendai evaluates content reported to constitute a rights infringement and removes it where it deems necessary.

How to Submit an Infringement Notice?
If you believe that your work has been used without authorization, please send a notice to info@obiy.com containing the following information:
- A statement that you are the owner of the copyright or related right, or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder;
- A description of the work you allege to have been infringed and information demonstrating your ownership of the rights;
- The location of the infringing content on the Platform (link, username, screenshot, etc.);
- Your contact information, such as your first name, last name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- Your good-faith statement that the use in question is not authorized by the rights holder, its representative, or the law;
- Your statement that the information contained in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Our Response Process
When we receive a duly submitted notice:
- We review the notice within a reasonable period of time;
- We may remove or restrict access to content that we assess to constitute an infringement;
- We notify the user who uploaded the content and may, where necessary, take measures against their account;
- Where necessary, we may share information with authorized persons, institutions, and organizations within the framework of the legislation.

Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content has been removed by mistake or unjustly, you may send a counter-notice to info@obiy.com. Your counter-notice must contain the following:
- A description of the removed content and its location prior to removal;
- Your good-faith statement that the content was removed by mistake or in error;
- Your first name, last name, and contact information;
- Your statement that you hold the right to use the content in question.
We will evaluate your counter-notice and may republish the content if we find it appropriate. Bendai reserves the right of discretion as to whether or not to accept applications.

Repeat Infringements
The accounts of users determined to have repeatedly infringed intellectual property rights may be restricted, suspended, or permanently closed, without prejudice to Bendai's rights to litigation and prosecution. In this regard, Bendai reserves the right to exercise all necessary legal rights.

AI-Generated Content
The relevant user is responsible for content generated with artificial intelligence tools on the Platform and for ensuring that such content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties. The user undertakes that the content they generate or upload holds all necessary permissions and rights.
